Prior to joining the Department of Romance Studies at Boston University, she taught at both Duke University and Guilford College (NC). A dix-huiti\u00e8miste by training, she enjoys teaching all levels of French language and Francophone literatures &amp; cultures, as well as Women\u2019s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. In addition to presenting on best practices in language pedagogy, she has published on eighteenth-century French theater and Francophone African women authors.
