Become a Mentor<\/h2>\n

Mentors have a tremendous impact and are part of the reason the Undergraduate Pathways Programs retain and graduate scholars at rates higher than the University average. All of the Undergraduate Pathways Programs involve a faculty or staff mentor. These mentors volunteer time during their workday to share their experiences and perspectives with undergraduates.<\/p>\n

Mentors are recruited on a rolling basis during the spring semester. They must be available for a half-day training during the summer prior to the academic year they intend to begin mentoring. Please complete the Undergraduate Pathways Programs mentoring application<\/a> or reach out to Clare Fitzgerald<\/a>.<\/p>\n
