Our group visits consist of a brief 5-10 minute QR-code check-in &amp; informational overview of BU, followed by a 60 minute tour led by our student admissions representatives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note the following guidelines:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are only able to accommodate groups between 10-50 students for in-person tours. Larger groups must be separated into multiple reservations.<\/li>\n<li>All visiting students must be of high school age.<\/li>\n<li>We require one chaperone per 15 students.<\/li>\n<li>Due to limited space, we do not provide bus parking on campus.<\/li>\n<li>We cannot provide lunches for visiting groups. If you would like to discuss the possibility of eating at an on-campus dining hall with your group, please contact Boston University Dining Services at dining@bu.edu.<\/li>\n<li>BU Admissions does not arrange on-campus housing or overnight stays. To discuss residing at BU overnight during the summer, please contact Boston University Events and Conferences at meet@bu.edu or 617-353-3520.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In order to request an available Group Visit time and date, please use the form below. Please note: all registrations via this system are tentative until confirmed by a member of our team. Once you submit your booking, you will hear back from us within 3-5 business days via the email address you provided.
