In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/housing\/residences\/largedorms\/warren\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Warren Towers<\/a>, our largest dorm-style residence, you\u2019ll have 1,800 other students to meet, plus everything from a convenience store to a cinema room.<\/p>\n<h3>Living-Learning Communities<\/h3>\n<p><span>Interested in a faculty-guided community that focuses on experiential learning and supports discovery beyond the classroom? Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/housing\/undergrad-housing\/specialty\/\">Living-Learning Communities<\/a>, such as the Core Curriculum House, Earth House, or Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) floor, promote students\u2019 intellectual development and foster community learning.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Specialty\u00a0Communities<\/h3>\n<p>BU has another option if you\u2019re\u00a0looking for a smaller community with like-minded peers:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/housing\/residences\/specialty\/\">specialty communities<\/a>. Say you want to live with other College of Communication or College of Fine Arts students. Or\u00a0classmates interested in community service or wellness. These are specific houses or floors within large and small dormitories for students with similar academic or cultural interests.<\/p>\n<h3>Faculty-in-Residence<\/h3>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/reslife\/residential-experience\/4845-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Faculty-in-Residence program<\/a> puts the professors where the students are. A select group of 15 professors not only teach undergraduates, but live alongside them in residence halls across campus, serving as role models, resources, and advocates for students.
