{"id":1691,"date":"2021-05-12T18:40:10","date_gmt":"2021-05-12T22:40:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/adminsc\/?p=1691"},"modified":"2022-10-25T13:35:38","modified_gmt":"2022-10-25T17:35:38","slug":"ad782-launch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/adminsc\/2021\/05\/12\/ad782-launch\/","title":{"rendered":"New Project Management course focuses on an increasingly holistic view of project success"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/adminsc\/files\/2022\/10\/Value-636x424.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"636\" height=\"424\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4685\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span>A new course, first piloted in Fall, 2020 is being opened for full enrollment in Fall 2021.\u00a0 AD782 is now part of the Project Management program and it&#8217;s about a more holistic view of PM.\u00a0 The course, called Project Value Strategies, is in already fully aligned with the sweeping changes coming in the new edition of the PMBOK\u00ae Guide, in particular the focus on strategic project <strong>value<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>In this course, you&#8217;ll be learning about Project Value \u2013 a unique perspective on classical Project Management that is focused on assuring that a project delivers in full alignment with the values of an organization.
