She has worked in higher education for 25 years in administrative roles supporting students and faculty. In her current role, Paula works with on-campus students from admission through graduation. Tara assists online students with initial student onboarding, course registration, the graduation process, questions about their program, and other administrative responsibilities. There, he applied his expertise in data analytics to develop techniques for detecting fraudulent fundraising campaigns. She advises students on everything from registering for courses to all aspects of their needs while studying in their program, while making sure that they have met all of their requirements to graduate.<\/p>\n<p>Susan is in charge of scheduling and staffing all on-campus and online courses as well as the day-to-day operations of the Administrative Sciences department. She enjoys working with other departments at MET and various departments across Boston University. She also enjoys being involved with various initiatives throughout the school year. She has been teaching business and marketing for over fifteen years, most recently at Nichols College, where she cultivated an entrepreneurial incubator environment and served as a mentor for many students entering their marketing careers. Cross-functional leadership, marketing communications, corporate partnerships, marketing management, and data-driven decision-making are among her strengths. Dr. Trainor\u2019s industry experience is extensive, notably 12 years spent with Anheuser-Busch subsidiary the Busch Entertainment Corporation, where she was national director of partnership marketing, a role that saw her develop and execute countrywide strategies. In this role, she secured $35 million in revenue by forging partnerships with Fortune 100 companies, including Ford Motor Company, Motorola, Fuji, Southwest Airlines, and Ralston-Purina.
