You will construct a program management plan that takes advantage of best practices for the creation and management of programs and coordination of resources, schedule, finance, and risk at the enterprise level. In addition, you will acquire in-depth practical knowledge of enterprise tools used in organizations to plan and manage a portfolio of programs and projects.
