Every business has a supply chain, which is the entire system that a firm uses to provide goods and services to its customers. Today, companies rely more and more on supply chain management for their success. According to the Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM), supply chain jobs\u2014including high-tech roles in data analysis, cloud solutions, supply chain planning, and risk management\u2014are projected to grow in line with the national average of 9 percent over the course of the next decade. Per the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, jobs in the related occupation of \u201clogistician\u201d are expected to grow by 30 percent through 2030, which is much faster than average.<\/p>\n
