Using data to develop effective business strategies is an area of high demand in industry. A recent analysis by PwC determined that 67 percent of job openings requiring data science and analytics competencies are for \u201canalytics-enabled\u201d roles\u2014positions integral to maintaining an edge in a competitive market, such as chief executive officer, chief data officer, director of IT, human resources manager, financial manager, and marketing manager. At the same time, there is a shortage of analytics-enabled personnel who combine expertise in their industry with the ability to understand and leverage big data. <\/p>\n

To qualify for roles within in this skills gap, you must hone your ability to engage in predictive analytics and make data-informed business decisions.
