If a student qualifies for honors after completion of the program, their diploma will be produced with the noted recognition.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Summa Cum Laude<\/em>: cumulative GPA of 3.80 or above<\/li>\n<li><em>Magna Cum Laude<\/em>: cumulative GPA of 3.50 to 3.79<\/li>\n<li><em>Cum Laude: <\/em>cumulative GPA of 3.20 to 3.49<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Two-year DMD Advanced Standing students who have excelled academically over two terms will receive recognition in the commencement program.\u00a0If a student qualifies for honors after completion of the program, their diploma will be produced with the noted recognition.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High Honors: cumulative GPA of 3.70 or above<\/li>\n<li>Honors: cumulative GPA of 3.55 to 3.69<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This policy is subject to change.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>School of Dental Medicine Policy Graduation honors are only applicable to students in predoctoral programs.
