Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance

The Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance (CERMC) is a four-course, 12-credit certificate offered by the Executive LLM Program (ELLM) at the School of Law. All courses are offered online, and are taught by faculty of the Executive LLM Program and MET College. The CERMC is designed to provide students with a more comprehensive and/or specialized understanding of areas related to enterprise risk management, business continuity, and legal compliance. The 12 credits must be taken from the following list of approved courses offered for credit as part of the ELLM Program:
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Enterprise Risk Planning and Compliance
- Enterprise Risk Analytics
- Global Compliance: Introduction and Best Practices
- Global Cyber Law and Governance
- Directed Study in Compliance
All courses in the CERMC must be completed with an overall GPA of 3.0 (B) and with a grade of C or better in all courses taken. Successful completion of the CERMC may be used to obtain advanced standing in the ELLM Program.
