This course examines the British Tourism and Hospitality Industry in depth, comparing British culture with that of other nations and considering what Britain, especially London, offers tourists. It looks at how history and culture are marketed to meet visitors' expectations. Effective Fall 2019, this course fulfills a single unit in each of the following BU Hub areas: Historical Consciousness, Global Citizenship and Intercultural Literacy. 4 cr.
