Cocurricular: Religion and Identity Through the Lens of Israel
HUB CC 230
Students travel to Israel to examine the historical narratives of major Western religions and to explore their personal connections to them. Students visit sites across Israel and immerse themselves in various religious, ethnic, and cultural groups. Students reflect on their personal journeys in oral and written formats, using the lens of Israel to compare their experiences and beliefs. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in a BU Hillel-led trip to Israel. Effective Spring 2020, this Hub cocurricular fulfills a single unit in the following BU Hub area: Global Citizenship and Intercultural Literacy.
