Other Questions

If you can't find the answer to your question on this site or in the FAQ, choose from the options below. You can also send us your feedback about the site or submit information.

Option 1: Contact your regular departmental support person.

This is your best option, for several reasons:

  • He or she is familiar with your computing environment, software, and hardware.
  • He or will most likely be able to respond most quickly to your question.
  • He or she needs to be aware of any potential Y2K issues you may have encountered.
Option 2: Use a general Y2K questions form.

If you're not sure who your regular support person is, or don't have one, the form below will help to ensure that the appropriate support person receives your message. We will make every effort to answer questions, although we cannot guarantee a specific time frame for responses. When writing, please include as many details as possible.
