Writing Program Curriculum

Writing Seminars (WR 100) and Writing and Research Seminars (WR 150) are offered in fields across the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.  Although they differ with regard to content, all writing seminars lead students through a common sequence of writing assignments. These build upon each other, providing a context for steady improvement. For more information about the course goals of WR 100 and WR 150, please visit the Writing Seminars page.

Some students whose native language is not English may require introductory work in English composition prior to the first writing seminar.
