Writing Consultant Open House in the CAS Writing Center

Thursday March 7, 1 – 3 PM
CAS Writers’ Studio
100 Bay State Road, 3rd Flr
Light refreshments will be served

Please join us for information and conversation about the work that writing consultants do in the CAS Writing Center and other CAS departments. This event gives prospective undergraduate and graduate consultants the opportunity to speak with current consultants about their work.

In addition to consultants from the CAS Writing Center, representatives from the Tutoring Writing in the Disciplines program will be there to speak about writing support offered in Sociology, Earth & Environment, and Neuroscience, with room for growth to other CAS departments.

Consultants are strong and capable writers who enjoy talking with others about writing. They are also intellectually curious individuals as well as active listeners who can offer sensitive feedback and encourage others to make their own decisions about their writing.

All Writing Program faculty, staff, and students are welcome to attend this event to learn more about the work that writing consultants do.
