BU Wheelock College of Education & Human Development – High School Junior Book Awards Program
Thank you for your interest in BU Wheelock’s High School Junior Book Awards Program.
This Book Award recognizes accomplished and passionate high school juniors who are interested in pursuing studies and/or employment in the fields of Education and Human Development. Selected nominees will be awarded a book to encourage and inspire these aspirations.
Please review the following nomination criteria to ensure your student meets eligibility guidelines.
- Nominees must be of junior standing.
- Nominees must express an aptitude and/or interest in the fields of Education, Human Development, Social Justice or Youth Advocacy.
- Nominees must demonstrate leadership abilities and/or a commitment to service.
- Nominees must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
To nominate a student, please complete the form below. Nominations will be received on an ongoing basis between January 1 and April 1. Nominations submitted after April 1st will not be considered. If a nominee is selected as a Book Award recipient, the book will be mailed to the attention of the nominator.
