Did you know yoga has also been shown to help individuals manage stress and develop more a positive outlook on life?
If you’re interested in yoga but haven’t found the time to give it a try, now’s the time! Come take a break in your day to give yoga a try! The class is open to all BU Faculty and Staff members. These classes are a yoga sampler that will introduce different styles of Yoga and is perfect for beginners. Comfortable workout clothes are recommended.
