Terriers Get Well: A Nutrition and Weight Management Program for BU Employees

Boston University has teamed up with BU Medical School faculty member, Dr. Caroline Apovian, who is the director of the BMC Center for Nutrition and Weight Management, which is considered one of the top weight management clinics in the country, and her team of Registered Dietitians to bring you an exciting new program. The Center has been on the cutting edge of obesity research and has helped thousands of patients achieve their weight loss goals.

The 12 week program created and led by the team of Registered Dietitians brings you sound nutrition information to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

Classes focus on a weigh in, peer support and a wide variety of different nutrition topics, including mindful eating, navigating the grocery store, eating on the go, overcoming diet and weight setbacks, and much more!

The total cost is $150, Luckily, if you are enrolled in a Boston University health insurance plan, you are entitled to an annual (once per calendar year) $150 Weight Loss Reimbursement through BCBS.
