Live Remote Activity Breaks from FitRec
Spring 2021
All classes are specifically designed for BU employees to help you flow, release, dance, stretch and breathe! No previous experience is necessary, and registration is based on each class type separately. You may choose to attend as many or as few as you’re interested in. A day before each specific class, you’ll receive a zoom link and you can attend if you wish. The registration deadline is Thursday, January 21, 2021.

Morning Flow Yoga, Mondays and Wednesdays, 8 – 9 am
Yoga links breathe and movement through a series of poses. Practice includes Sun Salutations and additional vignettes building around peak poses to improve strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
January 25, 27; February 1, 3, 8, 10, 17, 22, 24;
March 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17, 22, 24, 29, 31; April 5, 7, 12, 14, 21, 26, 28; May 3, 5.
No class on Feb. 15 (President’s Day) or April 19 (Patriot’s Day)

Zumba, Mondays and Wednesdays, 5 – 6 pm
Zumba is described as a Fitness Party! This class will feature fast paced music and easy to follow dance moves!

Stretch and Breathe, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:20 – 12:50 pm
This relaxing half hour will be spent stretching and breathing through a series of poses and stretches.

March 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30; April 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29; May 4, 6.

Strength Based Yoga, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30 – 6:30 pm
This class will incorporate body weight movements such as pushups, leg lifts, and core work through a series of yoga poses.
