Because few photographs are perfect, you will probably have to edit or modify them before putting them on your site. Whether you want to use scanned images, digital photographs, or electronic images, you will need some basic editing skills. In this class you will learn essential editing techniques, such as retouching, sizing, resampling, and cropping. You will also learn about masking, filter plug-ins, and other artistic effects. You will learn how to make collages, merge images, erase unwanted elements, and more. This class will also familiarize you with image formats and resolutions, and will cover tips for producing the highest-quality scanned images.
