Notes
In a WebCT site, every page contains by default a navigation header
and side panel. Instructors select icons to construct additional
navigation options.
In a Blackboard site, every page contains by default all appropriate
navigation, headers, and footers. The frames and buttons use a lot
of screen real estate.
In Prometheus, every page contains by default all appropriate navigation,
headers, and footers. Students can set the colors and display options,
rather than using options set by the instructor.
