Blackboard's administration tools are an upgrade from CourseInfo, remaining centralized and extremely simple to use. Like CourseInfo, they are located in a seperate Control Panel.

WebCT's administrative interface is unconventional and inconsistent, requiring some time to learn. Many functions require multiple steps, and some familiarity with navigation in frames is very helpful
