In a CourseInfo site, every page contains by default all appropriate
navigation, headers, and footers. The frames and buttons use a lot
of screen real estate, but make it virtually impossible to get lost
on a CourseInfo site.
WebCT does not generate standard headers and footers for all pages
by default, and various components use separate, unrelated navigation
schemes. Users will likely rely on the browser's back button.
