Bulletin Boards
Bulletin boards (bboards), known as fora in WebCT, are a cornerstone
of online communication. A good bboard can become the centerpiece
of an online course, as students post questions and observations
for response by other students and the instructor. Bboards support
creative teaching approaches such as socratic method, individual
presentations, etc.

CourseInfo's adminstration tools are centralized and extremely
simple to use.
WebCT's administrative interface is unconventional and inconsistent,
requiring some time to learn. Many functions require multiple steps,
and some familiarity with navigation in frames is very helpful.
