Introduce Timeliness Besides developing a new look for the home page, we have introduced two changes to the page that should make it more engaging. Photographs The photograph on the home page will change regularly to keep the page relevant to the University community. In this way, the home page can chronicle the news, events, activities, and seasons that are important to the life of this University and to the lives of its students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Features The new Features section on the home page offers the University an avenue to prominently display timely or newsworthy information that is of interest to a large segment of the campus community. To publicize their Web sites, academic departments and administrative units can submit items for consideration as features. With photographs and features changing regularly, the home page will remain fresh, alive, and new.
