Notify Us of Public Key Location

Notify us after you have completed the preceding four steps. In order for your form to send you encrypted mail, you must notify us. We will enable your form to use your public key by adding it to a keyring on the BU server. If you request that Webmaster generate a PGP key, we can upload the public key to the keyring immediately following generation.

Fill out and submit the PGP request form

To notify us via the PGP request form, you will be asked for the following information:

  1. Whether you intend to use your secure form to raise funds. See the Introduction for more information.
  2. Your public key file's web address.
  3. The name of the supervisor who has a backup copy of your key pair and passphrase.

It generally takes 1-2 business days for your key to be added to the BU keyring.
