Editing the current poll

Only administrators are allowed to edit the current poll, and the only editable information is the end date for the poll. After logging in, select Current Poll from the QuickPolls CMS menu.

The end date of the poll is presented as part of a form like the following:

To change the end date, simply select a new date by typing it in in the format mm/dd/yyyy, or by clicking the calendar button to use the pop-up calendar.

Of course, the date you choose must meet certain constraints, similar to those imposed when creating a new poll. They are:

• The end date must not be before the start date or the current date.
• The end date must be a valid date (e.g., not the 31st of February).
• The end date must not cause this poll's start date to end date period to overlap with that of any other poll.
