Other than the help provided in these materials, answers to Frequently Asked Questions can be found on every page within the forums. Just click the "FAQs" link at the top right of each page.

If you encounter a problem with Forums@BU, or if you have a question that is not answered in the FAQs, click the Contact link at the top of any page within Forums@BU. That will take you to a form where you can ask a question or report a problem. They are received by our group, NIS. We process them in one business day.
