Planning (5 minutes)

• Download and open the file practice.fla
• Analyze the Timeline : how long is the movie? how many layers? what actionscript is used?
• Review Library contents

Document Setup (5 minutes)

• Use the Property Inspector to set the size of the movie to 500 px wide and 500 px height.
• Save the file.

Create Animations (5-10 minutes each)

• Flowerpot
  • duplicate frames
  • break apart graphic
  • apply shape tween
• Stem
  • select green fill color
  • select paintbrush and paint a dot in the first frame
  • draw the complete stem in the last frame
  • insert shape tween to create "growing" effect
• Leaves
  • create two instances of the leaf object
  • apply motion tweens to each
  • adjust size, location, angle attributes
• Center
  • motion tween
  • adjust color attribute
• Petals
  • motion tween
  • copy layers
  • adjust attributes for instance on each layer
• Bee
  • create a guided motion tween
