Creating the 'down' state

The last state of the navigational elements we have to create is the "down" state. This state indicates that the label is selected. In navigational systems it serves to let the visitor know where they are in the Web site.

Duplicating the 'over' state

As we did it before we will just make a copy of the preceding frame, in this case the "over" state or Frame 2. The new frame will be adjusted to contain the "down" appearance of the navigational elements.
Drag Frame 2 down to the add frame icon: just as we did it before for the second frame.
