Overview: Find and Replace

Dreamweaver has a unique and incredibly powerful find and replace system that can allow you to accurately find and replace almost anything in your documents and tags.

The find and replace functions can be accessed in Dreamweaver from the results panel, or from any document. From a document, select Edit >Find and Replace from your main pull-down menus. (Note: If you just need to find text without replacing it, you can use Edit > Find.)
