Charles River Campus, School of Public Health (SPH), Graduate Medical Science (GMS) and School of Medicine (MED)

Faculty should use the preferred courseware-selection page.

NOTE: If your course is not listed on that page, you are not the instructor of record according to the Registrar. If you dispute this information, contact your department.
For courses in the School of Medicine use the MED MS course number assigned to your class by the BUMC Office of the Registrar.

Non-official courses

All faculty and staff can use the alternative form to request either courseware product for non-official courses, such as demos or internal training.

School of Management (SMG)

SMG faculty should contact SMG Computer Support Services to request a courseware site.

Copy an Existing CourseInfo or WebCT Site

Faculty at all schools except SMG who have used CourseInfo in a previous semester can use this form to copy an existing site.

Faculty at all schools except SMG who have used WebCT in a previous semester can use this form to copy an existing site.

SMG faculty should contact SMG Computer Support Services to copy courseware sites.
