Adding Guest Users to a Courseware Site

If you have guest users who require access to your Blackboard, CourseInfo or WebCT site, you will need to sponsor them to get guest BU login names. We have streamlined this process for courseware users.

Prepare your roster
Templates and instructions to prepare your roster.

Upload your user roster
Submit your roster of users. Once we receive your roster, we will provide the users with additional instructions on how to create their BU login names and Kerberos passwords.

Guest enrollment
Once guests have created their BU login names and Kerberos passwords, they should enroll in the course. Guest users will not be added to the course until they have enrolled.
