Previewing or printing a web page

You can browse to a page and print it, or you can preview and/or print a page you are editing to check your changes.

Previewing a page to see how it will look when printed is especially important when you expect your visitors will need to print your page to reference offline.

To preview a page:

  1. Access the File menu and select Print Preview
  2. Your page appears in a browser window
  3. Click Close to close the preview when you are finished (Note: If you want to print the page, click Print instead of Close)
