Summer Rowing Camp for Girls at Boston University
June 24—June 29, 2012
General Information
Everyone trains hard. At this camp, you will learn the skills to row smarter. Campers will learn about mental training, technique, race preparation and a number of other skills that will help improve their rowing experience.
Arrive at BU between 12 and 2pm on Sunday, June 24th. Camp activities will begin at 3pm. Rows will take place twice a day. Each evening will include rowing relevant activities. After one row on Friday, June 29th, campers will depart at 11am. Parents are welcome to join us for the last row!
Housing and Meals
Participants will be housed at a university dormitory located within a short walk from the boathouse. Breakfast will be served at the boathouse. Lunch and dinner will be eaten at the dorm’s dining hall.
Cost
$850—Overnight Campers: Overnight fees include housing, meals and dorm supervision.
$675—Day Campers: Day camper fees include lunch and dinner. Day camp will end at 7:30p each day.
Camp fees are due at the time of Registration.
Camp fees are due at the time of online registration through Paypal. We reserve the right to cancel the camp if we have less than 30 participants by May 1st, 2012. Cancellations are non-refundable within two weeks of start of camp. Earlier cancellations will be refundable less a $50 service charge.
Travel
Airport pick-up can be arranged for campers arriving from out-of-town. However, an additional $20 fee will be charged
due to NCAA regulations.
