Bush's early months muted, panel says
WASHINGTON, April 23 - President Bush will meet a milestone next week, the end of the first 100 days, a contrived timeline we use to judge a president's success. It is also the mark we use to predict the kind of a job he will do for his remaining days in office, but this benchmark might not mean anything according to a panel discussion on the "First 100 Days - Media Coverage of the Bush Presidency," hosted by the Boston University Washington Journalism Center at the National Press Club here on Monday.
