Rhiannon Varmette

Rhiannon Varmette is a senior at Boston University, majoring
in print journalism. This semester, Rhiannon is working at
the Washington Journalism Center, covering Washington for
the Bangor Daily News and interning at United Press
International.
Rhiannon
has worked as a staff writer at the Daily Free Press,
BU's student newspaper and as an intern at the Jamaica
Plain Gazette, a neighborhood newspaper in Boston, MA
and at The Patriot Ledger, in Quincy, Mass.
When
she graduates this May, Rhiannon hopes to work for a newspaper
in Washington, DC and her long-term goal is to work as a foreign
correspondent.
