Linda Killian is a Washington journalist with many years of experience covering politics and public affairs. She is professor of journalism in the College of Communication at Boston University. She is the author of The Freshmen: What Happened to the Republican Revolution? and has written for many national newspapers and magazines including The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, The New Republic and The Weekly Standard. She was the senior editor of National Public Radio's "All Things Considered" and a reporter at Forbes magazine in New York. She has a master's degree in public administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and bachelor’s degrees in journalism and political science from Boston University.
