The University Service Center staff consists of a director, four associate directors, and an administrative coordinator. If you call or visit the USC, the first person you speak with will be one of the associate directors. Professional staff from the offices of Financial Assistance, Student Accounting Services, and the University Registrar are also represented in our office most days during the academic year, and work together with us whenever their specialized knowledge can be helpful in responding to a concern.
