About the USC

The USC is a great place to visit or call when you have a problem or concern and aren’t sure where to go.  Staff can get you pointed in the right direction, or—if your concern is complex, multilayered, or involves multiple offices—help you figure out the best way to address the situation. Associate directors see students on a drop-in basis at 881 Commonwealth Avenue, in the lower level.  Appointments are also made upon request, or you can consult with an associate director by phone at 617-358-1818.
