Volunteer Basis


The Social Learning Lab is currently seeking multiple research assistants for the upcoming 2018/19 school year to work on our National Science Foundation-funded collaboration with the Museum of Science. We are looking for bright and motivated undergraduate students who are interested in working with children and gaining experience with psychological research in education and social cognition. Students are involved in all aspects of our work including subject recruitment, interaction with siblings, parents and families, assistance with child and adult participants, stimuli creation, and data analysis. This position is a great hands-on experience for undergraduate students interested in learning more about the process of psychology research.

Research assistants in these positions are expected to work at least 10 hours a week on a volunteer basis for the first semester, with the possibility of receiving class credit or UROP funding in subsequent semesters. To apply, please fill out our RA interest form at:
