8-week summer program. Students work in groups of three or four on a project in one of three general projects in applied math. Students have a faculty and grad mentor. Housing and stipend provided.

University of Nebraska-Lincoln: Redox Biology

University of Nebraska, Lincoln – REU Site: Training in Redox Biology
This 10-week summer research program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln enables qualified undergraduates to explore fundamental redox processes, which include oxidation-reduction linked biological reactions, redox signaling and regulation, and cellular defense mechanisms that minimize oxidative stress/damage. Participants conduct individual research projects under the guidance of a faculty sponsor. Travel, housing, and stipend provided.

UROP Abstracts are due August 7.

Applications for Fall 2015 funding are due at noon on September 10.

The 18th Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium will be on Friday, October 16, 2015.
