University of Notre Dame – REU in Physics at Notre Dame
10-week program that allows students to work on research projects with faculty in the areas of Biophysics, Astronomy, and Physics Education. They attend weekly seminars, write a final research paper and make an oral presentation at the REU Symposium. Travel, housing, stipend provided.

Indiana University: Mathematics Research

Indiana University – Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology
8-week program that offers undergraduates the opportunity to work on mathematical research problems with two faculty members. There is strong emphasis on developing students as “complete” mathematicians, capable of making and proving mathematical conjectures, developing algorithms, and communicating results to others, both orally and in writing. Stipend and housing provided.
