Yale University School of Medicine – Biomedical Science Training and Enrichment Program (Yale BioSTEP)

Ten-week summer research training for undergraduates, especially students from groups underrepresented in biomedical sciences at research-intensive universities. Each student works in the laboratory of a Yale faculty member who serves as a mentor. Salary, housing, and travel provided.

10-week summer program for students to work with faculty on graduate level research in renal, cardiac, and muscle physiology as well as developmental neurobiology, synaptic plasticity and neural circuits. Students will acquire skills and knowledge to help them enter graduate research programs.
