The Communication Technology Division of AEJMC (see is launching an academic journal. Professor Groshek of the College of Communication’s Division of Emerging Media Studies is the inaugural editor. This UROP appointment is for an editorial assistant that can build a website and online submission system as well as reach out to potential reviewers. This position has funding and would require a minimal (approximately 5 hours per week) time commitment. Additional benefits include being at the forefront of academic publishing and media research as well as networking with leading scholars in the communication field.
