Options: Volunteer Basis
This research opportunity involves working with qualitative and quantitative data from a research study about alcohol use among young people in Mexico. The goal of the study is to better understand alcohol-related risk and protective factors that influence drinking behavior. This opportunity includes assisting with analysis of data, conducting literature reviews, participating in analysis discussions and other research related activities. Students will have the opportunity to learn about patterns of alcohol use among young people in Mexico and the broader goal of developing prevention and intervention efforts in this population and among Mexican American young people.
