Miller – Molecular/Cell Biology
Options: Volunteer Basis, Independent Funding, Potential for UROP Funding, Potential for Academic Credit
We have opportunities for one or two undergraduates to join our lab at BUMC during the summer (full-time) and/or academic term (10-15 hrs/week). Our lab focuses on identifying molecular and cellular mechanisms of pathogenesis in muscular dystrophies (for details, see our lab website: http://sites.bu.edu/jeffreyboonemiller/). Students of all class years are welcome to inquire. UROP funding or academic credit will be sought where appropriate. To be considered, please email your résumé (including courses taken in molecular/cellular biology, genetics, chemistry, etc. and a description of any previous research training or experience) along with a one paragraph cover letter describing why you are interested in joining our group to Prof. Miller (email@example.com).
