Interested in learning more about research? We are seeking enthusiastic undergraduate or graduate students to help with behavioral studies of the influence of temporal dynamics affect group processes.

Research assistants will participate in one or more of the following tasks:
1) Coding videos of our group studies
2) Administration of participants and data
3) Data entry (MS Excel or SPSS proficiency preferred)
4) Literature Reviews

Preferred candidates will have a curiosity about organizational behavior or social psychology, possess excellent analytical thinking skills, and be conscientious. Before beginning my research career, I was a professional jazz trumpet player, so I am also sympathetic to interested candidates with unconventional backgrounds.

Hours will range from 5-20 hours per week, depending on availability. Compensation is between $11-14, dependent on years of study.
