The Buston Lab seeks one undergraduate for the Spring semester of 2012 and beyond.  In the first semester, the position will involve learning to maintain large saltwater aquarium systems and care for saltwater aquarium fish.  Looking beyond the first semester, there may be an opportunity to participate in research in the lab and qualified students may go on to develop a senior research thesis.  Projects currently being conducted by our undergraduates include an investigation of personalities in clownfish and an investigation of the formation of dominance hierarchies in clownfish.  See http://people.bu.edu/buston/ for more information on the Lab and its research.  Sophomore Biology and Marine Science majors, interested in Animal Behavior and Marine Biology, are encouraged to apply.  Please send a short statement explaining why you are interested in working i! n the lab, along with a CV and copy of your transcript.
